We operate a referral service—not a remodeling company. Information you provide for a live referral request may be shared with independent contractors or relevant referral partners so they can contact you about your project.
Information we collect
Information you provide
When you contact us or submit a live contractor-connection request, we may receive your name, email address, telephone number, selected project interest, and the details you choose to share. Project details may include your neighborhood, property location, preferred timing, approximate budget, or the changes you are considering. We also receive information you include in an email or telephone inquiry.
Our current form does not ask for a Social Security number, payment-card details, government identification, health information, insurance information, gender, or date of birth. Please do not include these details in your project description.
Preview forms
A form clearly labeled as a preview validates entries in your browser but does not send a lead request to us or a contractor. You may contact us by telephone or email instead. If a live form is enabled, the information submitted through it will be handled as described in this policy and the notice presented with that form.
Technical information
When you visit the website, hosting and other website providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, the pages requested, access times, referring pages, and diagnostic information. This information can help deliver the website, identify errors, and protect against abuse. Development or preview environments may include additional diagnostic tools.
How we use information
We use information to respond to questions, understand remodeling requests, facilitate appropriate contractor connections, and communicate about those requests. We may also use it to maintain the website, investigate misuse, document communication preferences or consent, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Where permitted by law and consistent with the consent you provide, we or relevant partners may contact you about home-improvement services that relate to your interests. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing a product or service. We do not guarantee that submitting a request will result in a contractor connection.
How information may be shared
Independent contractors and referral partners
For a live referral request, contact information and project details may be shared with one or more independent contractors or relevant referral and marketing partners so they can evaluate the request and contact you. These businesses are separate from us and are responsible for their own services and privacy practices. Ask a business that contacts you how it obtained and uses your information.
Service providers
Information may be handled by providers that support hosting, communications, email, technical support, security, or other business operations. They receive information relevant to the services they provide.
Legal obligations and business changes
We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate fraud, address security concerns, or respond to lawful requests. Information may also be reviewed or transferred in connection with a proposed or completed merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of business assets, subject to applicable protections. For uses outside this policy, we will obtain additional consent when required.
Sale or sharing under privacy laws
Providing referral information to a partner in exchange for compensation or another benefit may be considered a sale of personal information under some laws. Sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising has a separate legal meaning. The current preview form does not transmit referral information. This policy does not claim that particular historical sales or disclosures occurred. You can ask about applicable practices or request an opt-out using the methods below.
Cookies and external services
The website loads fonts through Google Fonts and map tiles through OpenStreetMap. Your browser connects to these providers when the relevant resources load, which may disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser request details. The map loads as you approach its section; it displays approximate neighborhood coverage and does not request your device’s precise location.
Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy and the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy. Hosting and security providers may use cookies or similar technologies needed for their services.
Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta advertising pixels, Google Tag Manager, TUNE, TrustedForm, Jornaya, and email-marketing trackers have not been added to this website’s application code. If the website’s tracking practices change, we will update this policy and provide any required consent controls before activating those tools.
Your privacy choices
Contact and marketing preferences
You may ask us to stop marketing calls or other marketing communications by emailing info@efficientkitchenremodelingchicago.com or calling (464) 219-4961. If you receive a marketing email, use its unsubscribe option where available. For marketing text messages, reply STOP to the sender; HELP may provide assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
An opt-out does not necessarily prevent messages needed to respond to a request you made, provide an applicable legal notice, or confirm your communication preference. Contractors and partners maintain their own contact lists; you can also ask them directly to stop contacting you.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
To request an opt-out of a sale or sharing of your personal information, email us with the subject Privacy Opt-Out or call the number above. You do not need an account. Provide only enough contact information for us to identify the records or communications involved. An opt-out may affect our ability to arrange the particular referral you request.

Browser controls
You can review or delete cookies through your browser settings and block automatic loading of images in email. Browser settings apply to that browser and device and may affect website features. We do not currently use advertising pixels in the application code. Where applicable law requires recognition of a browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, that signal must be honored for covered sale or sharing. The older Do Not Track setting is not the same as Global Privacy Control.
State privacy rights
Your rights depend on where you live, the applicable law, and whether that law covers our processing. Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, California residents may have rights to know or access personal information, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising their rights. These rights are subject to legal exceptions.
Other state laws may provide similar rights, including rights relating to targeted advertising, certain profiling, or an appeal of a denied request. Nevada residents may submit a request concerning a covered sale of information by contacting us and identifying it as a Nevada Privacy Request. We will evaluate requests under the law that applies.
To exercise a right, email or call us using the contact information in this policy. We may need to verify an access, correction, or deletion request and confirm an authorized agent’s permission. We will not require identity verification for a sale or sharing opt-out where prohibited by law. Please do not send sensitive identity documents in an initial email. We will explain any additional information reasonably needed and respond within applicable legal time limits.
You may ask for an explanation if a request is denied and appeal where an applicable law provides that right. For more information about California rights, visit the California Attorney General’s CCPA resource.
Retention and security
Our retention policy is to keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including handling a request, maintaining required consent or business records, resolving disputes, and complying with law. The appropriate period depends on the information and its use; there is no single retention period for every record.
No website, email service, or method of internet transmission can guarantee absolute security. Avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information. If you believe information associated with this website has been misused, contact us promptly. Contractors and other independent recipients are responsible for the security of information they control.
Age restrictions and third-party websites
The referral service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children or knowingly sell or share children’s personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review the situation and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.
This policy does not control websites or services operated by independent contractors or other third parties. Review their privacy notices before providing information to them.
Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as our services or information practices change. The revised policy will be posted here with an updated effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law. A change to this policy does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
